New Clients

When requesting a new appointment, a percentage deposit will be required as a hold for your appointment, however not charged, UNLESS the client is a NO SHOW or cancels within 5 hours AFTER confirming their appointment.  The amount will be based on the service requested.

  • $0.00-$45.00 100% of the service deposit will be requested
  • $45.01- $300.00 50% of the service deposit will be requested

Cancellations and No-Show Policy - Established Clients

If it is necessary for you to cancel your scheduled appointment, a 12-hour advance notice is appreciated.
Once you have been confirmed for your scheduled appointment and you without notice fail to arrive or cancel* within 5 hours after confirming a $45.00 dollar “no show” service charge will be added to your account.
